My girl is 12 weeks old this Saturday and we have her at an in-home daycare with one other infant and two 2-year-olds. My husband and I both work full time.</p> <p>I wanted to encourage you (and the others starting back on Monday or in the near future) that it went so much better than I expected. It was still a very emotional day but LO handled it really well and I am confident we'll get into the swing of things just fine.
