<description>&#60;p&#62;I plan out two weeks at time and stop by the local market to buy produce a couple of times within that span. I was having a tough time getting inspired this week, so I went through all my recipes and cookbooks then made a list of stuff that looked good. This is what DH picked: &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;On tap:&#60;br /&#62;
- baked turbot with parsley potatoes and asparagus (tonight)&#60;br /&#62;
- salmon (next week - I need to buy it still)&#60;br /&#62;
- lamb Rogan Josh&#60;br /&#62;
- lemon pasta with sausage and arugula&#60;br /&#62;
- sesame noodles with grilled chicken and vegetables&#60;br /&#62;
- pork gyros&#60;br /&#62;
- chicken tikka masala&#60;br /&#62;
- spaghetti bolognese&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I am also making baked oatmeal, mini omelets, and meatballs for DD to eat this week/to freeze.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@mamimami:  haha thanks. DH helps a lot. He likes to bake so he makes the banana bread for breakfasts, and he made the pot pies yesterday. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I usually have one soup on the meal plan because it's quick and goes a long ways but we still have chili leftovers from the other day! Amazingly enough - each of these meals take less than 30-ish minutes. And thinks that bake, like chicken, quinoa and broccoli, really only take 5 minutes prep time.
