Be thankful. I'm 18w and I've switched to colostrum so there isn't much there. Sometimes when W is nursing he pathetically signs "more please." it breaks my heart.

Interesting - I am curious to hear different replies. I hope to nurse throughout my next pregnancy as well!

There are a handful of moms that never lose their supply in pregnancy. I don't think there really is any set "normal" even though it's less common to keep supply up the entirety of your pregnancy.

Have you gotten 'Adventures in Tandem Nursing: Breastfeeding During Pregnancy and Beyond', by Hilary Flower? I've heard it's a great book for tandem moms!

Anyone out there breastfeed through their entire pregnancy? I have some questions!!

I am 26+3 right now and my boobs still get engorged incredibly easily. The other day I BFed LO at bedtime, and didn't BF her again until bedtime the next night (I was gone the whole day). I was so full that my boobs were spraying milk everywhere.....the way they did when LO was only a few weeks old!!

Shouldn't I only have colostrum right now? Is it possible it won't turn from milk to colostrum? If I still have a lot of milk when the newborn is born, will that impact her negatively in any way?

I keep thinking my supply is going to dry up, but it's looking like it's not.....
