DD went straight from EBF to breastmilk (frozen stash) and formula in a sippy without any complaints. I thought it was weird how quickly she adapted considering she was only 8.5 months. I'm sad that we weren't able to make it to at least a year, but I'm grateful we were able to go as long as we did and even more so for my crazy over supply early on. He has better things to do by 8+ months. After countless episodes of nursing strikes, things were suddenly all good for about 2 weeks. Then there was this one night, I offered my breast, he looked at my nipple, touched and played with it, and then pushed it away like it was a monster and started crying for help. She lost interest because there wasn't much supply and it was just a comfort thing.
