I don't know of any states that let you drive without having liability insurance, unless they have their license insured but not many agents want to do that. How much damage is there? The company that I work for adjusts rates whether you are at fault or not at fault, sometimes it's just less of a headache if you pay it yourself and try to make a contract deal with the uninsured party. Their insurance company called today to say that it looks like the person canceled their policy on May 5 . . . And ran into us on May 12th. So, so, SO frustrating!!</p> <p>We have full coverage, but I don't want to have to use it an make our own premiums go up. Grrrr. </p>
