From weeks 7-18 I was sick EVERY DAY. and actually throwing up every day. It was so bad, I hated it. Supposedly, the same hormones that cause sickness help with fetal brain development. </p> <p>Myself, I felt nauseous but never to the point of throwing up. I didn't find anything that helped.
