One thing that has helped is giving her plastic Easter eggs. We use pocket (Bumgenius) with snaps and it is so easy since I know what snap setting to use. It was really bad around 14-16 months but has gotten a little better. She's 18m now. Daycare did that starting when she was 1-1/2 and that was a game changer. It's not all roses and butterflies now, but it's better than trying to get her to lay down.</p> <p>Other than that, I've got nothing. We kept thinking it would get better, but it never has. What is this kid's deal?? When he was a baby and we laid him down to change him, he would scream and flail, and as he has gotten older that has gotten more intense. I absolutely dread any poop diapers because it is a full on top-of-the-lungs screaming kicking nightmare. Why does he hate it so much? Once we are finished he is totally fine but it's like the actual diaper change is torture for him. </p>
