I called and they shipped us a new mattress, no questions asked. I called them, and the customer rep sent us the value in coupons to use on our next purchase. She told us it was a better option seeing maybe we didn't want a mobile. :)</p> <p>Also, I didn't have my bill seeing it was a gift. It seems to soothe her with the vibration when we're not rocking her and she has no problem taking naps in it. Today I woke up and found it wasn't vibrating. I changed the batteries and it still wouldn't work. </p> <p>I called Fisher Price customer service and they're sending us a brand new bouncer. A brand new one! Not even parts to get it working again but another bouncer all together. All they asked for was my model number and date on the unit (on the vibrating piece) and if it would be ok to send us a new one. </p> <p>I love a company with good customer service. </p> <p>We have the Comfy Time bouncer. </p>
