It look my LO a couple of weeks to lengthen his nap because he was a bit overtired. Sorry I have no advice... we are kind of "those parents" that don't have a schedule for our kid though we would love to... he's just seems to do his own thing. </p> <p>Most days he's a great napper but we did notice if we do exciting/fun things... one of two things happen 1) he takes a short nap or doesn't nap till way too late 2) falls sleep suddenly and randomly. Her old schedule looked like this:</p> <p>7am wake-up<br /> 9-10 or 10:30 nap<br /> 12pm lunch<br /> 1-2:30pm nap<br /> 5pm dinner<br /> 6:30pm lights out</p> <p>Her NEW schedule looks like this:<br /> 5-6am wake-up<br /> 10:30-11 lunch<br /> 11-12 nap (I've varied this the last few days, putting her down at 11:30, 12 but still an hour nap)<br /> 4:30pm dinner<br /> 5:30pm lights out</p> <p>Any advice? What am I doing wrong? </p>
