Because the arms are wide and padded, they can stretch out onto those instead of being constrained by the arms on some traditional chairs. Now that I know how much I'll use it I'm willing to buy new (though would like to be &lt;$500). However, I want one big enough that LO1 can sit next to me while I BF or read her a story. We don't have a lot of great furniture stores around here and I'm having a hard time figuring out online if our two butts would fit or not! I'm small-average size so I don't think it should need to be a giant chair. I just want it to glider, no reclining. </p> <p>Ideas? </p>
