Several days of it are finally starting to build up on me. I'm watching the news about the Eagle Creek Fire and I am heartbroken over this. </p> <p>The Chetco Bar Fire is basically destroying SW Oregon and it is displacing so many people. Closest I've ever been to a wild fire. The air quality is so poor! It covered my car this morning, and I'm not even close to any fires- we're in Seattle. Up at Mount Rainier this weekend we could see plumes from three different fires. There's one very close to us that has burned structures, but it would have to go on a crazy run to come anywhere near my home. But the school where I used to work is so close to the fire..I feel awful for the kids. We've had tons of days of hazardous air. Has anyone been evacuated? I'm devastated. Some of my favorite places in Oregon and Washington are burned down or being threatened. Our wedding venue is under evacuation. We came home early from a camping trip yesterday and it was nerve wracking.
