She had a HUGE sleep regression at 7 months, and I had to nurse and rock her to sleep for every nap and every night waking for two weeks.</p> <p>As soon as she was through it, she went right back to being super easy to put down. Do whatever you need to do to keep your LO happy while he recovers. I'm sure you haven't undone anything. We sleep trained at 4 months. Since then LO has had several colds that caused me to nurse her through the night. After each it's taken her about four days after feeling 100% better to get back one wake up per night. He's had a cold for the past 8 days and has been waking 2, 3, 4x/night. I've gone in to nurse him because he's sick and I can't stand to let him cry. Have I undone all the work we did when we sleep trained? </p>
