I sometimes freeze the cheese very slightly to helps keep the heat from the blade from warming (&clumping) the cheese up). It's super easy and never clumps for me. I have an irrational fear of cheese graters. I'm not sure if it would all just kind of clump up in the food processor though. Anyone know if it will work?
