So I got Clopper the Christmas Donkey, The Story of Christmas Board Book, and Saint Nicholas: The Real Story of the Christmas Legend. We also got a couple of recommendations from the librarian at the school where LO1 goes to a 1 day a week preschool class, so I'll dig that email up and look into those books when I Christmas shop. LO also absolutely loves Fancy Nancy and Pinkalicious books, so probably a few more of those.
