It is my parent's anniversary and close to my mom's birthday so my mom always went all out so I've come to expect it, too! Usually flowers for me, candy for him, and a card with a real message inside and maybe a gift, but in 10 valentines I think we've exchanged gifts once. This year we will just because we didn't at Christmas. Also last year I got a card from hubby that he simply signed and I was steamed. I cried! Looking back we had a baby that was not sleeping and we were both exhausted and possibly battling some baby blues. But this year I think will be better. </p> <p>I do tend to practice what I preach.
