And he also believes that buying roses is for sex -- either you want to have sex so you buy someone roses or you had sex with someone you weren't supposed to so are buying roses to apologize. Hahahah. He's a silly guy. I've been pining for an unpractical gift for a while; I am the type who always gets needed appliances or cookware as gifts and although I love that stuff, I also love pretty things too! We have indulgent family members who will bring LO a valentine, and so we will have PLENTY of chocolate. I'll probably make a dessert for v-day dinner too. However, the last few times he sent flowers, they were always messed up. Usually, they were just delivered late when he paid extra for morning delivery. Last year's V-Day flowers were actually delivered at 5 pm on 2/15 when he paid for delivery by 10 am on 2/14. So instead, he started sending me chocolate covered strawberries from edible arrangements.
