I may consider getting my tubes tied though since a surprise pregnancy would be terrible for my health (and a potential LO). I know I'll be having IVF babies and c-sections for any births so I'd consider it after my last pregnancy. For one, I heard the recovery from having a csection and tubes tied is a lot harder/longer, and I couldn't risk that with a 15 month old as well. Something like 1/1200 versus 1/500.
