<description>&#60;p&#62;Our local kids museum does a balloon drop at noon. I love that! You can celebrate the new year without staying up until midnight! I'm not sure when she will stay up late. It certainly won't be anytime soon. We will talk about the new year by bedtime will be the same at age 4.
