Although I will only hide plastic eggs. Growing up, my parents hid real eggs throughout the house and we'd always not find one. Usually we would find it later that day. However, one year, we didn't and the thing grew rotten and exploded. I would love to eventually do an egg hunt in the yard, though! We do a combination of real eggs and plastic eggs.
