I asked our attorney and I was just doing so under the assumption that he wouldn't charge us! Ha! I just asked for his help and he did and at the end we did offer to pay him but of course he wouldn't take it. My former boss (and current family friend) is an attorney and did them for us for no charge. If he hadn't done that, I'm not sure if we would've done it on our own or hired an attorney and choked up the money.
