&#60;p&#62; I kept trying to think of some sort of blinds solution, but I think that curtains are probably the way to go.  I think one long bar under the arched window, I just don't know how we would support it in the middle.  DH wants to put the same wood blinds that we have in the rest of the house up and mount them to the upper molding with a valence, but I hate to lose all the detail of the window.

I've seen a lot of people get small window covering that fit inside the windows, so you can see that top small window but still filter light.  But I personally would cover the entire area with one giant set of curtains, because I prefer the linear clean lines of long curtains the go to the floor.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;We had Windows replaced when we moved into our new house and the blinds that were on our front window no longer work. Any ideas for treatments that will provide some privacy without hiding the detail of the window? The way the Windows were installed I don't think there's enough room to mount blinds inside the molding.
