I used Pampers Sensitive before this and I hated them. I felt like they just smeared the poop around instead of wiping it up. I was a little spoiled by using cloth wipes while I was on maternity leave, but DS stopped pooping as much once I went back to work and it was too hard to keep up with the cloth wipes. We love them. Never had a reaction to them, they are really large and they are strong. I got a bunch of free Huggies ones and they always rip when I'm pulling them out of the package.
