What about trying some of the more absorbent training underpants? I realize she isn't actually having accidents, but maybe something thicker that might absorb the drop or two of pee would make her more comfortable until this passes?

I have no suggestions because we are going thru the exact same thing with DD. As far as I know she isn't doing this at school but it's only been 1 week there so idk. But over the weekend she changed her panties 5 times on Saturday claiming she got a drip in them after going potty. I was just asking my sister tonight about it when DD did it again and she figured it was just a phase she will go thru. DD does have issues with any clothing getting wet, any drip on her shirt when drinking or eating and she strips down. She has done this for over a year, the panty issue has only been a couple of weeks.

@Bao: Does she have any sensory issues? My daughter does and is very sensitive to getting wet in certain situations (she refuses to walk on the bathroom floor if it's wet, etc.). She also wipes very diligently after using the bathroom each time.

This is really weird advice I'm looking for, but I'm hoping someone can help because I'm at a loss. LO is 4 and has been potty trained for about 2 years, no major issues. For the last few months though, she's been insisting on wiping and wiping and wiping after she pees. She says it drips and she gets upset. For the past 2 weeks or so she's also been insisting she change her underwear after she uses the potty because she thinks they are wet. I kind of just brushed it off, since changing her underwear wasn't causing any harm. She went potty at a restaurant tonight though, and had to stand there several minutes wiping and then got upset she didn't have underwear to change into. Sometimes she may have a drop of pee in there but sometimes she doesn't. I have no idea where to go with this, she can't be changing her underwear at school all the time...help!
