My dentist sent out a referral and wrote that it's imperative to have them out before the end of the year, most likely insurance. She wants to fix the damage done as soon as possible. My top 2 were in the bones in my sinus'! The other 2 were coming in sideways. I actually wasnt in too much pain afterwards and ate pretty normal, even though I probably shouldn't have! (I have a small mouth and they were all impacted.) They put me on IV drugs for the extraction, rather than general, which is easier for your body to handle. The IV drugs make you totally loopy, so you don't care that they're pulling your teeth out (and in my case, crushing them first and removing them in pieces, gross!). I'm not going to lie though, the recovery was painful for the 1st few days, and it took a while to be able to eat normal food again. They didn't hurt too much but now that I know they're coming out they're killing me! I'm nervous about the general anesthesia, but I'm really disappointed that I'll be missing out on my Mom's Bang Bang Shrimp and hubs giant crab/pepper/garlic/cheese stuffed mushrooms :( I was so looking forward to ringing in the New Year with those two delish h'orderves!! </p>
