Definitely! I always push to get out of the house because LO gets so bored at home and, when she's bored, she gets up to all sorts of mischief!

Yep, I work 3 days a week so this is us basically every week from Friday-Monday. Its hard bc DS is only 15 months so there's not a lot he can do yanno? We have an enclosed play space for his independent playtime and have otherwise childproofed the rest of our single-story house so he can roam while we keep an eye/ear out. (Basically every bedroom or bathroom is off limits except his room and the common living spaces).

Usually we do:

730am - Wake and diaper change
745am - Breakfast with DH and I.
815am - I clean up from breakfast.
830am - DH takes DS to the park.
930am - Run around house while I supervise.
1000am - Independent playtime with water and puffs.
1030am - Play with me (books, blocks, whatever).
1100am - Hang out in playpen while I prep lunch with Daniel Tiger or music on in the background as distraction.
1130am - Lunch time.
1200pm - Nap.
3pm - Snack.
330pm - Some kind of errand with DH or I like the store, bank, etc. Otherwise DH might take him to the park again or I will let him run around the backyard.
430pm - More running around the house while I supervise.
500pm - Get dinner ready.
530pm - Eat dinner.
600pm - Play with DH while I clean up.
630pm - Bath with DH.
700pm - Play/books with DH.
730pm - Bedtime.

I stay home and it's a daily struggle! He gets so bored of me

Usually we are up and showered and ready by 9am. Then we do something to get out of the house. Hopefully until close to lunch time. Then it's nap and maybe an errand after nap before my husband gets home. It's so much harder in the winter!

Yes, we struggle with this too. We went on a hike yesterday and today. Luckily Grandma and Grandpa are with us this weekend so I have help entertaining.

on long weekends like this?

Don't get me wrong, I'm very thankful for extra time with LO! But, I feel like he gets bored with just me to play with! We're only a day and a half into our long weekend and we've already sung songs, blown bubbles, colored, played with play-doh, done magic tricks, had sword fights, cooked, cleaned, read, played tag, hide and go seek, rode his tricycle, drove his car, walked around the neighborhood, put up Christmas decorations, went to the zoo, and I'm trying to figure out what to do next while he's napping! He's also had some independent play time too, I'm not entertaining him nonstop lol!

Do you struggle to keep LO occupied? I think he's just so used to all the activities at school and all the other kids to play with!
