For me I think 4am is going to be my time....DH leaves for work around then, LO is asleep and I prefer to get it done early in the day. I feel like it gives me mental clarity and helps me to make better food choices through out the day! In full disclosure though, I am 6 months pop and haven't started doing this yet....easier said than done! Its definitely a love/hate .
Good for you to be thinking about it and trying to fit it in your busy schedule :)

Haha I don't!

But the reason I replied was because at my last physical they asked how often do you workout? Normally I lie and say 20 minutes 3/wk but this time I didn't lie and put 0!

Funny thing was my nurse said that can't be true! You have a little one right? I said yeah... she said you must run around after him... I guess that's true... so she put down 20 minutes 3/wk. :-O I tried to be honest!

I tell DH the story and he cracked up because he knows how terrible I am at excerising and how I lie about it when doctors ask me. :)

I've GOT to find time to exercise. I don't give two wild rats behinds about losing weight right now, but I want to be healthy and I enjoy working out for the stress relieving benefits.

But there's no time! Unless I want to get up at 4 AM, which I do not (I would have to pump first because working out with huge engorged boobs is not my idea of a good time). After LO goes to bed, I have to pump. So should I go workout at 9? That seems like a recipe for disaster.

Help me. It's 175 degrees out in Texas right now so taking walks as a family is out.
