We have one right now, and realistically, I see us having three. My job is pretty flexible (academic research) and it's pretty easy to do reduced hours so I will likely do that at some point in the future - that definitely tips it in favor of having a third. Physically, pregnancy-wise, I feel like we're done, but because we've always been open to adoption, its possible we'd go for a 3rd.</p> <p>Working part-time is working for me right now because DH works long hours and it helps keep our family life balanced. I am fine with it because I feel like as a married couple, we are moving forward professionally as a unit.
