Not so much to check up on him - I know he is fine and in good hands with our nanny - but because I miss him and want to see him. I went back to work when he was 12 months and it was so hard not to be with him all day. I miss a day sometimes when I am really busy or when there are problems with the volume and internet that we can't figure out, but generally it is part of our lunchtime routine.</p> <p>I used to text a lot more because i wanted to know how he was napping and doing in general - again because i missed him.
