@MrsTiz: Going through a miscarriage definitely takes strength. I'm sorry that you had to experience that, but glad to hear that you have made/are making it through.

I found out about the yoga for fertility class through my RE.

@Cherrybee: I have to admit, at first I was nervous about actually talking about our journey in person. But in the end, it was good to share and to hear other women's stories. I was putting yoga off too, but I'm hoping that this class will get me started on a habit that I can keep.

Taking time for yourself probably contributes to your relaxation and strength. Don't discount that time :)

Wow, that sounds like such an empowering experience! I have been meaning to start Yoga myself but keep putting it off.

I like to take a glass of wine upstairs and have a long soak in the bath. It's not much on paper but taking that time away just for myself makes me feel really relaxed. As for feeling strong - I don't know! I don't do anything to make myself feel strong! I need to schedule something in!!

I've never heard of anything like that! My town is lame.

What makes me feel strong? In the TTC sense, that i've handled my miscarriage a LOT better than I thought I would. Actually, I never thought it could happen to me, but going through it has shown me that I can handle emotional stress, and so can my marriage. I am strong.

I attended a yoga for fertility class yesterday afternoon. I wanted to try and spend some time each week getting my thoughts straight, and try to be a little more active. I didn't know that I would also have the chance to bond with women who are all struggling through their own TTC journey. It's like HelloBee in person :)

I just wanted to say that after hearing so many different stories of all of the beautiful women in the class, that women are SO strong. I know that each woman in the class has their doubts and insecurities. But after each story was told, I couldn't help but think - wow, she is SO strong. The things we put ourselves through to achieve a healthy pregnancy are incredible. Taking care of ourselves is important.

What have you done lately to take care of yourself? What makes you feel strong?
