He LOVES it. We bought it after visiting a friend who had one that he became obsessed with. We got it when he was about 18 months old and he still uses it as 2.5. All three of her boys essentially skipped training wheels after using it and went straight to riding real bikes at a VERY young age. On the other hand, we HAVE a hand me down tricycle (however the pedals don't work). Ha.
