He does like it, he actually likes it better than his big sister does :-) . I feel that this model is a little cramped though and there's not a lot of room for furniture. I like the chalet one because it seems easier for little hands to access the rooms. A playgroup we go to has one, and its gorgeous. Plus, it is so simple and allows for all kind of open-ended play. We will buy one for our daughter- probably for her second birthday. We have one and my son really likes it.
