And it is amazing! It's not constricting around the neck at all. It has a double zipper so you can just unzip the legs for a diaper change. It's Leggies, so you can use it in any seat (car seat, swing, bouncer). It's not too constricting on the arms... My dd likes sleeping with her hands on her chest (she couldn't do that with other swaddles and always fought to get her arms out). It's got the option later on to allow one arm or both arms out. I am in love with this swaddle! I need to get more! We have tried blankets, swaddleme and halo but I think this one is the best so far. Thought I'd share! </p>
