I know a lot of people swear by them, but it was so tight around LO and she just seemed so squished! My LO runs warm, too, and she was always sweaty when we used traditional swaddles. So we got the swaddle strap and I :heart: it! It was great and the only one she couldn't break out of. I think it just frustrated her that she could move her arms a lot but not get them out.
