<description>&#60;p&#62;When I worked I had a million different jobs. One of which was activities director.  So if I was having a crappy day, I could go do some arts and crafts with clients or decorate the place for the next holiday.  Things that don't really feel like work.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I've had a few of those moments lately and its hard because I'm in a classroom of 4 year olds, so I can't just walk out whenever I want. I usually take a deep breath, check out the clock (aka how many hours/minutes I have left), and remind myself WHY I'm teaching (because honestly there are days when I have to remind myself that its about the kids and not the tons of other stuff I'm responsible for).

<description>&#60;p&#62;When I was working, I'd get through a sluggish work day by inhaling some coffee and counting the minutes before the day ended.  When I was pregnant and working, I would just call a 10-minute break in our classroom.  Now that I'm SAHM, a sluggish day (like today!  It's so gloomy!) drags on and on...But luckily, gloomy days make for great napping days for LO!  I just brewed some coffee and I'm HB-ing through my day!
