I hate to leave. We have a small office of 12 of us including two appraisers...We are all so close and I am a big producer at work, but, I can't put that before my own life. Right? I am spending so much in gas commuting each day..At this point working "part time" and commuting to a "part time" job is not worth it. (AKA going from 40 hours a week to about 18-25)...Cutting my pay literally in half. It has been like this for about 3 weeks now, and I honestly cannot afford to keep working here if it is going to continue being like this. I am torn.....Should I stay here and suffer a huge pay to my cut and huge financial stresses until things are busier, or leave for a full time job?</p> <p>What would you do? </p>
