You're twice my age and need to start making big girl decisions on your own. </p> <p>- One of the women in our office smokes, which...whatever, but her clothing/sweaters/jackets never get washed (and she's admitted to only having one shower a week!), and it reeks of smoke in and around her office. You know when she's been in the bathroom because you can smell her. It's disgusting. Please, if you're going to smoke, try to do it cleanly... </p> <p>- smoke breaks 3 - 4 times in the morning that are 10 - 15 minutes (sometimes more) long, and nothing is ever said! Yet, when I go get a coffee or a muffin, I get major side eye. </p> <p>Like, there are so many more about every single person in my office, I could go on for days. It is so unprofessional and brings morale way down. In fact, I don't even like to hear anything personal at all other than polite conversational comments. My first day at my current job, my new cube mate told me all about how he doesnt speak to his mother anymore and had to have surgeries for genetic issues.
