I would definitely talk with your company about more work from home opportunities especially on those days that you are working the crazy hours. So you can nap and refresh and spend some time with the little. </p> <p>I am a college instructor so I have different hours every semester. Last semester I worked mostly days and 2 nights. This semester I work mostly online and every evening. So we will be changing our little mans schedule for that. When daddy goes on travel, our daycare is great about keeping LO until I am done with classes.</p> <p>My husband is amazing and he does so much with our little one. So make sure you let your husband learn and do things for the baby.
