Nearly every female partner I knew from multiple offices and specialties across the firm didn't have kids or barely saw her kids. Our office had a beautiful room for lactating mothers, but the vast majority of the employees worked at their clients' locations and never used it. My DH's company is on there and it states that they offer paid paternity leave and they totally don't. He's definitley high up enough to get this benefit if they were to offer it too.
