The only way I could keep up was more pumping sessions, particularly middle of the night sessions. I definitely agree with More Milk Plus. I found it was more effective than fenugreek by itself so maybe try weaning off of fenugreek and just use MMP and see if that helps. That way if it stops working, you can always add back in additional fenugreek. I'm a proponent of taking as little as possible and increasing as needed.

I would usually add one extra pump session a day when going through a growth spurt. I also found if I nursed one side and pumped the other first thing in the morning I got a lot more milk. It also triggers the body when you switch the baby to the other side because you are already mostly empty.

I drank more water and mothers milk tea. I also would just put the baby on as often as possible when we were around. Take the weekend as an opportunity to nurse constantly. Your body will catch up just give it the chance.

@chopsuey119: Thank you! I knew it had to have been discussed already. I was taking fenugreek but it gave her awful gas so I ordered more milk plus and I'm waiting on it to come in. I guess I'll try pumping more often until then (my nipples hurt just thinking of it)

LO is 4 months old now and has been drinking 3-4 3oz bottles at daycare. But the past few days, that hasn't been enough and she wants 4 oz from each bottle. So I'm assuming she's going through a growth spurt. I'm still only able to pump 3oz at each session (both sides combined).

So my question is how do I increase my supply to match what she needs if I don't have her around to nurse and tell my body to produce more?
