UNLESS magically they both nap for 2-3 hours. My 3 yo daughter is great with her naps, but 7 month old son is terrible, naps are 20-30 mins and he is at the age of neediness. Turn your head away for one second he will bawl. loves attention. I understand your situation. When I saw the words "busy season" I was like oOo we must be in similar profession lol. I'm a controller for a large company that files on Feb 8th - my daycare was closed on MLK day this year and DH had a deposition downtown...so I had not choice but to be on.</p> <p>I get very little work done...if I am being perfectly honest with you. This time (DD is almost 2.5) I put the door monkey on the office door and locked her in their with me with a TON of books...I got about an hour of work out of that. I got another hour when she took a nap.</p> <p>I tried to get up at 5am and work (she sleeps until 7/7:30 - but my 8 month preggo self just could not get out of bed.</p> <p>DH got home at 4pm - right after his deposition ended - and took over. I locked myself in the office until about midnight.</p> <p>It was a brutal day. I have a 14 month old and 3 year old, I'm hoping I can get some work this morning when 14 month old naps and I can entice 3 year old with screen time. In the mean time scrambling to find teenager to help out this afternoon... How do these days go for you?? </p>
