Congrats. </p> <p>@winniebee: I decided not to go back to work because of this--he would have been there for 12 hours and sometimes it wouldn't be long enough and I would have to pay $5 for every 2 minutes I was late due to traffic. I would drop him off at 6am and pick him up at 6pm if traffic was good. After that I was able to get about an hour of my day back so it changed from 6:45am to 4:15pm. We will be putting her in an in-home daycare and she is 'open' from 6:30-6:30 to accomidate the parents very different schedules. Some are school teachers so I know their kids will be there before mine, but I expect they'll be picked up earlier too.<br /> I'm going to try not to let it worry me (we'll see how that goes) as it's just what our reality is. I can't change my work schedule and my husband's is even less flexible than mine.
