Money is tighter than it was before for us and I just got a 3.3% raise. And as a side note, I wish I just had PTO instead of separate sick and vacation days. Right now I get 10 vacation days, three personal days (which are pretty much vacation), and a week of sick days. I never come close to using all of my PTO and am starting a new job next month where we are given 25 days PTO at the start, and 30 days of PTO after our year anniversary, all of which can be rolled over year to year, up to 1600+ hours of PTO and then it's paid out!
