<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm going to shoot for 10-12 pounds!  Do you girls have any goals, i.e. work out 4 days a week, etc.  My plan is to get to the gym 4 days a week,  I'll give myself one of those 4 days to do it at home but I think for me, I need to get INTO the gym at least 3 days.  And no pop.  I've been having none except during my period week but I think I'll go to none at all.  I don't need the sugar ;)

<description>&#60;p&#62;Well, we've been TTC for about 4 cycles now but this holiday season I feel like I've been eating terribly! :(  I know it's the holidays and there is tons of cookies, candies, etc. at the office and parties but I'm already set on getting back into a stricter workout plan and healthy/LESS SUGAR diet after the New Year.  Anyone with me? :)
