<description>&#60;p&#62;I'll join! Right now, I have a short term goal of toning up for vacation at the end of the month. After that, I need to continue to tone up and just get in better cardiovascular shape. I know that exercising wont be as easy once I'm finally pregnant, so I want to get in the habit now. I'm on Day 5 of 30 day shred and really liking it so far.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm in.  I'm going to try to start running again as it is a surefire way to lose some weight.  I'm doing essentially couch to 5k adapted.  I am not working with counting calories (as we are still breastfeeding) but I do plan to eliminate grains and other inflammatory foods.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I was really good about working out during maternity leave but since I have returned to work I have been awful.  I was thinking about starting a thread so we can help encourage each other to work out and lose those remaining pregnancy pounds.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Here are my stats- I need to lose 15 pounds to feel comfortable with myself.  My goal is to workout for 1 hour a day and eat healthy by counting calories.&#60;/p&#62;
