You could watch a couple and write down the workouts so you always have it available.  I also LOVE &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.zuzkalight.com/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://www.zuzkalight.com/&#60;/a&#62;.  She co-founded bodyrock but went of on her own when she separated from the other founder.  I actually prefer her.

 - Squats (combine with shoulder press to work more muscles)&#60;br /&#62;
 - Walking lunges&#60;br /&#62;
 - Bicep curls&#60;br /&#62;
 - Chest flys (lay on your back and lift your butt off the ground to incorporate your glutes and hamstrings)&#60;br /&#62;
 - One-leg dead lifts&#60;br /&#62;
 - Push-ups&#60;br /&#62;
 - Tricep dips (or overhead tricep extensions)&#60;br /&#62;
 - Shoulder raises (alternate with one arm raising to the front and one arm raising to the side)&#60;br /&#62;
 - Rows (bent over)&#60;br /&#62;
 - Side lunges&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'll do pick about 4-5 exercises and do 15-20 reps of each one in a circuit.  I'll repeat that circuit 2-3 times.

&#60;p&#62;I don't always have time to make it to the gym, but I have a yoga mat and hand weights. I do random stuff like jumping jacks and bicep curls, but I'd love an actual PLAN.&#60;/p&#62;
