You've totally still got room! 37 is normal and you are still 0.3 below that. My temp only went up 0.35 last time (and then rose again after the BFP). You're still good!

@pui: that's pretty close to feverish but if your temp is normally high its nothing to worry about. We recently took our comforter off our bed & put on a blanket & my temp dropped almost a whole degree the first night & I slept SOOO much better! Could you be to hot at night? FX that this +OPK means the real deal this time!

Also, everybody's temp in the morning is different. Mine during certain parts of my cycle was definitely in the 'low fever' range. No worries.

I think you still have plenty of room to rise. Normal pre-O temps can definitely be around where yours are. You only need .3' F of a rise to confirm O, and usually it goes up a little from there. Hope that helps some?

This is my first cycle charting.

I got a positive OPK earlier in my cycle (CD18), but saw no sustained rise in temperature. Sure enough, my period has still not arrived more than 2 weeks after my supposed O (with a BFN). FF removed my crosshairs and it is now looking like I did not ovulate.

Today I got another positive OPK (CD35), which actually lines up with the length of my previous cycle (which was 51 days long). I hope this is the real deal this time.

However, my temps seem so all over the place! I am concerned that there isn't much room for my temp to rise at all. Isn't 37.5 degrees Celsius considered a fever?

My chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/pui

Please help.
