FX he does fine through the night. He is asleep now. You would think nothing even happened. I will just NEVER get the image out of my head of him falling and landing on the concrete.

Eeek! My girl fell on the wood floor at 8 weeks and I felt so awful!! I called the ped and they just said to watch her behavior and if she is acting fine and doesn't throw up she's fine. I posted here and everyone told me it happens to everyone and it hurts us moms more than it hurts the baby. So sorry!

That must have been so awful!! Sounds like just keeping an eye on him is fine but still- how scary!

I live/die by my MOC book and I just remembered there is a section in it in falls. He seems totally happy and normal...so ill just keep a close eye tonight. Worst case-our neighbor across the street is an ER doc and I know he'd help in a sec.

Awww dont beat yourself up. They are such squirmy little things that im always waiting for this to happen. If he seems normal and talking/responding normally I would think he is fine. Never hurts to call though!

Aww I know that sick feeling! My ped said not to worry unless they loose conscienceness or have a huge lump. That said, if it will ease your mind you should take him. You could just go to urgent care if you don't want to do ER.

I'm sur all is fine! They are resilient little things

So DH and I were at Home Depot and LO was strapped into the cart cover. We turned around to look at something and there goes DS falling out of the cart onto the concrete floor. I am so sick! My heart is in about a million pieces. He screamed and cried but we left the store and was fine by the time we got to the car. He's acting totally normal now. Should I be more worried and take him to ER? I mean it was out of a cart and onto concrete. :-( what would you do? No visible lump on head.
