I've ripped two pairs of jeans in the waistband from them being poorly made; what's with maternity jeans being crappy? I've had to order some online and am still waiting on them; been living in dresses. On the preggo body front... I had someone tell me today that I was 'carrying the baby in my hips,' which made me feel all sorts of awesome :/ Suuuucks. Absolutely massive. And I felt terrible. We live in such a messed up culture and we stigmatize "fat" so much that gaining weight when I was pregnant made me feel horrible. But the thing is, I was building a baby and you gain weight for a reason.</p> <p>You're doing a great job building your baby. The maternity pants were probably just badly made.
