Today he had a fever of 101 and it broke around noon to 98.4, and then has spiked up around 102 again tonight.</p> <p>I'm wondering if I should send him to daycare tomorrow? Even if he is fever free in the morning, which I know generally is the lowest temp of the day, I'm concerned about later. He doesn't nap very well at daycare.</p> <p>Should I keep him home? </p>
