She paid $13.38 to ship them to me USPS Standard (the listing said they'd be shipped priority). I contacted ebay, they said to send her one last message asking why they weren't shipped priority, and they told me to ask for a refund on the overcharged portion. So that's what I've done. I have only had this issue once and I got ebay involved and the seller agreed to the correct shipping. I couldn't imagine how something that would weigh at the most 10 OZ could possibly warrant such a high shipping rate, so I contacted the seller and asked if she would ship first class, in a poly mailer, because that would cost $4 at the most. She didn't seem to understand what I was asking, so I decided not to bid. </p> <p>In your case, I would ask the seller one more time to fit everything into a flat rate envelope (which can be obtained for free from the USPS). Hopefully she's a new seller who is still trying to figure out shipping. After the buyer put money in PayPal I shipped out and found I could stuff it in a smaller package, which was $5 less than $10 I charged. I have no idea what to do because I mailed it out and it was already paid for. I am wondering if I will get a bad review because of it?<br /> I might be really sweet and cheesy and say Pretty please can you offer me the actual shipping cost in x size package (linking to ups website) because it will fit nicely together in one x sized box.
